Joseph Sun
Managing Partner
Mr. Sun is a veteran investor who has successfully navigated through several macroeconomic and technology product cycles. His deep understanding of industry sectors and economic events are augmented by 27 years of management experience in private equity and hedge fund strategies.
Jenny Liu, CPA
COO
Ms. Liu is the co-founder and COO of Solaris Capital. Prior to Solaris, she was a Partner at Deloitte & Touche, where she advised multinational clients on investment structures, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions etc.
Jimmy Liu
Partner, Family Office
Jimmy Liu has over 14 years of experience in investment banking and family office management. Prior to joining Solaris, Mr. Liu served as founder and CIO at two Chinese family offices. He first worked as the portfolio manager for public equities for a prominent mining family in China.
Jimmy Wong
Responsible Officer & Executive Director
Mr. Wong Kwok Wai is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and owned SFC License type 9 to practice as a Securities and Futures Intermediary in Hong Kong. Mr. Wong is currently an Executive Director at Solaris Capital Advisors (HK) Limited, and is in charge of business development in Hong Kong.
Ming-Kai Cheng
Managing Director and Chief Strategist
Mr. Ming-Kai Cheng is a Managing Director at Solaris Hong Kong. He has over 20 years of experience in investment research and management. Before joining Solaris in 2020, Mr. Cheng was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CL Securities (formerly CLSA) Taiwan.
